After experiencing how food and nutrition can support disordered eating recovery as a child, I knew I wanted to spend my career helping others feel, simply put, sane around food. I’m passionate about supporting people in finding a version of recovery that works for their real life - no gimmicks, one-size-fits-all approaches, or bullsh!t here.
If that sounds up your alley, I’d be thrilled to welcome you to my office (Dallas or virtual) where you’ll find authentic conversation, practical guidance, and probably a dog to pet!
He/Him
Lou is the newest, and smallest, addition to our crew. He was a stray that jumped in our truck in a grocery store parking lot, so naturally we had to keep him! He loves toys, riding in the car, and napping in my chair during sessions with clients.
She/her
Z is one of our 4 rescue pups that you’ll likely see at the office. She LOVES coming to work with me, but more than that she loves: scritches, cheese, and shaking her booty.
*If you have an allergy or just aren’t a dog person, no problem. We’ll be sure to schedule on days that the pups work from home.
